Aeneis' online shop for (.ch) uses Swiss Post service with a signature required for all orders. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) and may take up to 5 business days to process the orders before shipment. The estimated time for delivery on the cart and checkout page does not take into account these order processing days. All orders require a signature upon receipt. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. We are not responsible for any delays caused by Swiss Post. 

Orders are shipped from the Aeneis head office located in Castle San Pietro, Switzerland.
Kindly note that if your delivery destination is outside Switzerland you will be subject to import fees of which we have no control over and are unable to provide estimates of, as they differ widely from country to country. We cannot take any responsibility for the payment of import fees, taxes or other associated import costs to any country, as these costs are the responsibility of the recipient - where you have concern regarding this, as your purchase amount is over the countries declared threshold, we recommend you contact your local Customs office for current charges before placing your order or visiting a duty calculation website such as www.dutycalculator.com.By submitting an order to the Aeneis online store you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.

 

RETURNS

To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase or gift, we allow a 14-day return period from receipt of your order to be eligible for a refound or a one time exchange. Where we are not contacted within 10 days of your items being delivered to your designated address we are unable to provide exchange of item or refound.
You can exchange, once, on return regular-priced products respecting the following steps: 

  • you must contact Aeneis for a return authorisation within 10 days upon received the good at: help@aeneis-paris.com 

  • The goods must be returned unworn and packaged as per the original order with all tags in place, folded and wrapped in the original tissue paper and in the original box.

  • Please ensure you package your return properly to prevent any damage to the items or box during transit.

  • The receipt must be printed and added to the packaged goods.

  • The goods must be shipped with secure signature within 5 days from our authorisation to the address that the custumer service will comunicate via email.

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in delays in processing the return, deductions being made to the value of refunds and changes/refunds being refused.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning any items. We are not responsible for any returns lost or damaged by the post. All shipping charges incurred by purchasing and returning an item online are non-refundable.
Aeneis does not accept returns of merchandise that was not purchased online. 
All Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, the process can take up to 30 days.
